Podiatric Surgeon opening in CA
Located in Marin County
Full Time Position

The Position
Group Health Orthopedic Care is looking for an exceptional podiatric surgeon to join our expanding team. Each year, our orthopedic specialists care for thousands of patients, covering the full range of orthopedic care from prevention and diagnostics to treatment and rehabilitation. Our team is exceptionally collaborative and includes board-certified surgeons, along with specialized radiologists, physiatrists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants, physical and occupational therapists, and orthopedic and spine navigators.

Full-time position is 36 patient-facing hours per week

The main clinic is located in San Rafael, with outreach clinic locations available throughout the North Bay
Dedicated midlevel support for the orthopedic program
Opportunities to participate in research and collaborate on clinical projects at campus and with other departments
Epic electronic health record utilized

Qualifications for this Position
D.P.M. who is board eligible or certified with the American Board of Podiatric Surgery
Residency training in Podiatric Surgery
Proficient in extensive foot and ankle surgery
Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
Possess leadership experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and an interest in expanding our Orthopedic Program in Marin and the broader North Bay
Exhibit excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong relationships with patients, as well as sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
Practice evidence-based medicine and possess a strong philosophy of excellence in patient care and excellence in the overall patient experience
