Vice President of Finance

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned Vice President of Finance to join a leading organization in Vernon, CT. The VP of Finance will provide oversight of financial activities and ensure financial strength through robust financial reporting and strategic planning.

Compensation: $150,000-$180,000/year with annual performance incentives.
Location: Vernon, CT (on-site with occasional hybrid options).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Vice President of Finance will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• They will oversee budgeting, capital planning, and financial risk management.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Oversee corporate finance functions.
• Additionally, the Vice President of Finance will manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners.

Qualifications of the Vice President of Finance:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial leadership experience.
• Proven experience in financial planning and risk management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
