The Enterprise Workforce Management team is responsible for leading Client transformation efforts around staffing skill adequacy and organizational design. It is an exciting time to join our Workforce Management Team as we are a newly formed team and are still in the building phase of developing the set of capabilities, processes, and tools to analyze, forecast, and plan for the future of the workforce. We are a global team with highly motivated colleagues who want to ensure Client has the right people, with the right skills, at the right place time, and cost.
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Professional to join our growing team to support the design, development, and implementation of the Client global approach to skills and strategic workforce planning. We are currently setting the core foundation of a skill-led strategic workforce planning approach, and the role will provide an opportunity to assist in developing the approach to skills taxonomy development, skills assessment, and skills management. In addition, there will be many opportunities to partner with business leaders, senior HR leaders, and various Talent-related specialist functions (e.g. Learning and Development and Talent) to influence the approach of using, assessing, and managing skills.
