Job description

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 3-5 years of professional marketing, ad agency, project management, or related experience

  • Working knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, OOH, and the production process supporting each

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to lead project tactics and timelines once work moves into Production

  • Detail oriented; highly accountable to delivering what is expected on-time

  • Ability to effectively partner and influence agency Production partners to get the work done on time

  • Handle a demanding workload or portfolio of projects with competing priorities and deadlines

    Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Project Management, Account Management, Proofreading, Business Affairs, and Creative group during production phase of the job

  • Ensure Production and Studio are aligned with project milestones and able to deliver work accordingly through Workfront

  • Aware at all times of the status of assigned jobs and is accountable for managing to the schedules, and shepherding tactics through production stage to ensure on-time completion

  • Assume leadership of job at the Production Input Meeting and manage through Production Artists, Digital Producers, Print Production, etc.

  • Ensure routing of materials is done in an efficient and timely manner - Account Management, Business Affairs, Proofreading, Compliance, CE, and Strategy

  • Keep in contact with Account and Project Management regarding current deadline status and any issues pertaining to reviews and approvals that may need attention

  • Assist in prioritizing work with department managers (e.g. Creative, Business Affairs, Proofreading, Production Studios, etc.) during routing process

  • Maintains up to date information on their projects in Workfront (e.g. changing schedules and completing production tasks) so everyone is aware of project status
