Job description

• Only qualified Sourcing Manager candidates located near the Tampa or Jacksonville FL areas to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence

As a Sourcing Manager within Client Global Strategic Sourcing function, you will be supporting a high-performing Enterprise Sourcing team that identifies and leads complex, cross-functional strategic sourcing and contracting initiatives. Categories include but are not limited to IT Professional Services, Outsourced Services, Software, Banking Operations and Financial Services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, specifically in software license agreements, professional services, and application development

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of corporate, HR, and financial applications

  • Experience with any sourcing and procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa)

  • Project management experience would be helpful

  • Background in banking/financial services would be a plus

  • Proficient in MS Excel

  • Experience leading contract negotiations for high-value, complex multi-year deals

  • Have developed and managed a portfolio of sourcing initiatives across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process

  • Familiar with performing financial analysis, including P&L impact analysis and demand scenario modeling

  • Experience in managing key supplier relationships focused on quality, service, delivery, risk, and costs

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Establish strong relationships with internal business stakeholders; build a strong understanding of strategic business direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and / or spend categories

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding for Client policies and procedures related to supplier selection, contracting and ongoing management, ensuring all requirements are met and documented throughout the end-to-end process

  • Develop, implement and manage robust market analysis / benchmarking processes; leverage key insights to inform and support business, category and project strategies

  • Perform financial analysis including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact analysis and benchmark comparisons

  • Develop, lead and/or manage a robust portfolio of sourcing initiatives across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process

  • Lead the development and execution of negotiation strategies for high value and complex multi-year deals

  • Lead contract negotiations, partnering with Legal and business function, to optimize overall value including financial outcomes, service levels and risk mitigation

  • Manage key supplier relationships with a focus on quality, service, delivery, risk and costs

  • Lead support for cross functional teams in developing and executing sourcing projects, supplier management strategies, and complex contract negotiations

  • Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm s reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
