Job description

Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Training Manager to join our team. This role is open to US Citizens ONLY. This position is onsite in Boise, ID, with the some telework possible. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the training and development initiatives across our organization. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that foster professional growth and enhance organizational effectiveness nationwide. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for developing talent. In this role you will: Develop and execute strategic training plans that align with organizational objectives and enhance employee skills and competencies Lead a team of Area Training Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training programs Collaborate closely with the National CARES Team to integrate training initiatives with broader organizational strategies Design and deliver engaging training sessions on assorted topics to diverse audiences, utilizing effective adult learning principles and instructional techniques Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics, continuously refining content, and methods to meet evolving needs Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on training and development matters, leveraging your consultative approach and effective communication skills Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and development throughout the organization Work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced virtual environment, managing multiple priorities and initiatives with an elevated level of autonomy Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, producing high-quality training materials and reports that reflect excellence and professionalism Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in training, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role and 4 years specifically in training design and delivery Proven record of accomplishment of presenting and facilitating diverse training programs effectively to various audiences Strong written and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and coach others in training methodologies Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage audiences at all management levels Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively Ability to thrive in a virtual work environment, managing complex tasks and priorities independently Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 40% of the time, as needed Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to develop and deliver briefings to various audiences Familiarity with military culture and operations preferred Knowledge of administrative policies, procedures, and regulations is beneficial Flexibility with working hours and occasional unconventional schedules Note: Experience gained through military service, membership in a military family, or volunteer work with military families will be considered. Education: Master's degree preferred in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Program Development, Human Development, Relational Leadership, or Program Management, or a related field Alternatively, 15 years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement Salary: Commensurate with experience Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
