Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Elkhart, Indiana (Hybrid - in-office 2 days a week)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 annually

Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join their team in Elkhart, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Salesforce, and ERP administration. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our systems, and leading projects that drive technological advancement and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • IT Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives.
  • ERP Administration: Administer and support our ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration with other enterprise applications. Provide technical support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues as needed.
  • Applications Management: Manage and maintain IT applications. Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure technology solutions, negotiate contracts, and manage service delivery.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and expenditures. Monitor and report on budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Salesforce Administrator, ERP certifications) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in project management, Salesforce administration, and ERP system management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure management. Strong understanding of network and server architecture, database management, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
