Hybrid: Monday and Friday - WFH; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in office Shift: 8:30 - 5:30 w/ 1 hour lunch Shift (UT): 6:30 - 3:30 MT (still supporting ET time zone)

Preferred/Desired
1-2 years' experience with Retirement product and services
Knowledge of IRS Contributions and Distribution rules
Understanding or familiarity of 590A and 590B; Retirement tax form reporting 1099R/1099Q; 5498/ 5498ESA.
Excel experience
A Retirement Operations Analyst is one who maintains functional knowledge of the brokerage business with an emphasis on retirement account operations.
Responsibilities:
Perform different levels of problem resolution & data analysis for all aspects of retirement operations support including: contributions, distributions, processing conversions, recharacterizations, and state withholding reconciliation
Reconcile activities to ensure transactions are recorded with the proper books and entry coding
Assist the management team in developing metrics that demonstrate the progress / completion of retirement inquiry resolution
Execute on customer requests to move money out of retirement accounts
Understand tax implications of transactions in and out of different retirement account types
Resolve retirement account issues and document the resolution process
Validate data integrity is maintained in client facing displays
Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Understanding or familiarity with 590A and 590B; Retirement tax form reporting 1099R/1099Q; 5498/ 5498ESA Preferred/Desired
1-2 years' experience with Retirement product and services
Knowledge of IRS Contributions and Distribution rules

Excel experience
Skills:
Experience with retirement account types desirable, IRS rules, and/or tax reporting obligations
