Description

  • Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction to project completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Handle project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and company standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure smooth execution of projects valued between $1-10M.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor. Experience managing projects from cradle to grave, either interior or base building, with values ranging from $1-10M is essential. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but significant experience will also be considered. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for being part of a team-oriented culture.
