As a fully qualified Social Worker experienced in safeguarding, complex case work, resource allocation and funding, you'll be passionate about working with people to achieve the best outcomes - enabling people to be safe and as independent as possible, so they can live the lives they want.

We value the outstanding contribution our Assistant Team Managers make to our service. We can offer you a great learning environment in a team that values professional development, offers regular supervision and supports one another, alongside our extensive Benefits package.
