Customer Service Representative
Union City, CA(onsite)
Potential to Convert to Perm


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls daily, managing the switchboard and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide operational support, including order management, client pick-Client, claims processing, and helping with mail delivery.
  • Assist at the front desk, managing the lobby, notifying executives of meetings, and maintaining a professional environment.
  • Handle inbound calls from salespeople and customers regarding Payments and payment-related questions, Change orders, Missing order claims, Delivery delays, Discrepancies on invoices vs
    delivery

Requirements:
  • 1 2 years of experience in a customer service role, such as retail or a call center.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attendance record.
  • Flexible and eager to take on various tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous call center or retail experience.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
